We will devote 2.5 hours to your questions and show you the answers in a small group
Technician hours are expensive and you don’t have anyone in your family or circle of friends who can help you?
Then use our IT afternoon for two or more participants and we will help you with your very personal IT questions.
We will also help you with the initial installation of various Tablets and smartphones, special questions from Microsoft Office and many other topics.

Private individuals who have questions about computers and smartphones or who generally want to deal with technical devices that are new to them.

- The workshop costs per person:
EUR 90 (incl. VAT) - Dates on request
- If you have already organized a second participant, we would also be happy to come to your home

TIP #1:
Create different user accounts
Malicious programs have the same rights on the PC as the user account that they used to access the computer. You should therefore only work with administrator rights if it is absolutely necessary.
Set up different, password-protected user accounts for all users of the PC. For these accounts, only assign the authorizations that the respective user needs for their work. This also protects private files from being accessed by other users. Browse the Internet with one of the restricted user accounts and not in the role of administrator.
